Michael Hoffman has spent his career helping major institutions capture attention and convert it into results, first as founder of See3 Communications, a digital marketing agency, then as co-founder and CEO of Gather Voices, a technology platform that automates content at scale. He's taught marketing at the University of Chicago and trained business leaders internationally.

Wendy Erikson has spent more than 20 years building revenue-generating partnerships and opening new markets for organizations like the University of Michigan, UChicago Medicine, Pearson, and LVMH. She's generated over $20 million in revenue through entrepreneurial initiatives and has launched businesses across Europe and Latin America.

So why are we starting a company focused on HVAC contractors, roofers, and landscapers in Baltimore?

Because the problem we kept seeing is embarrassingly simple, and nobody is solving it well.
