Michael Hoffman is a fourth-generation Baltimore entrepreneur who grew up working in his father's hardware store in Baltimore City. He's spent his career building systems that help organizations capture and convert attention — for large companies and major institutions. As founder of See3 Communications, a Chicago-based digital marketing agency, and co-founder and CEO of Gather Voices, a technology platform that automates video content at scale, Michael has worked with some of the world's most demanding organizations on engagement and conversion strategy. He's taught marketing at the University of Chicago and has trained business leaders internationally. Now he's bringing those big-company strategies home to Baltimore's small business community.
